Looking at your church roster may be a frustrating thing. Sure, there are several you know and see with some regularity, but there are probably several that you haven't see for quite a while. What to do with them? In this workshop, I will talk about ways I approached this (ineffectively) in the past, as well as the (more effective) way we do it currently at my parish.
