Serving a long-term pastorate has its benefits and drawbacks. Reflecting on his 22 years as Pastor of Our Redeemer in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Pastor Knox will offer his observations of both and conclude that the benefits far surpass the drawbacks. Based on these observations, Pastor Knox will then seek to make applications of how these affect the Pastor in the daily administration of the Office of the Public Ministry.
